No card is needed but you will need to sign a form at distribution regarding your income eligibility.

Emergency Services:

Limited funds are available to assist with various emergency needs for senior citizens and low-income families. These services may include furnace repair, water heater replacement, roof repairs, payment of an energy bill or partial rent assistance. Income guidelines vary according to the services requested. Budget counseling is provided to help prevent future emergencies.

Weatherization:

Assists income eligible households (renters and homeowners) in reducing heating costs. A computerized energy audit determines what type of home weatherization services are needed and any safety issues to be addressed. The household must also make a commitment to reducing their energy consumption. Services provided typically include insulation, caulking, and water heater wrap. The work is completed by local licensed contractors.

Art Camp:

Kids ages 8 to 15 can participate in a week long summer class that teaches basic principles of art. The artwork they complete is framed and ready for display at the end of class. The students are also invited to exhibit their work at local art shows.
